I hate Acer!

I was having a good day, until the end of it.

Me and Nick have been getting on a lot better, and I didn't have a hormonal day, Everything was great minus people asking me if me and nick had broken up, which we hadn't. A few people had alluded to a few other people, names of which I won't publish, and then Nick asked who'd been asking me. One of whom was Joanne. So Nick asked Joanne, she said she had no idea what he was talking about, Joanne cleared it with me that she had asked, like she had, and agreed that she had. Then she told Nick that I had said I had made a mistake, which I didn't because I hadn't. And now I look like a liar. Which I am not because she did ask me.

Secondly, I am annoyed at Acer!

Today I phoned acer to find my laptop, what with it being gone for 8 working days, not the 3-5 I was originally told. So I rang them up, conversation as follows:

Him : 'Case ID please'
Me: 'blah blah blah'
Him: 'Confirm name and address please'
Me: 'blah blah blah'
Him: Ok here's the problem blah blah blah'
Me: 'Look, shut up and stop telling me things I don't need to know because I know it's broken!just send me my sodding computer back before I come down there and kick your ass!'
Him: 'Ok here's the problem, we lost your laptop, found it, sent it to some guy called Neil, he lost it, and then he found it, and now it's back on low priority and it will be back within another ten working days. Thank you for your call, my name is Paul, happy to help, good bye'

*dail tone*

Well, Paul, you'll have to forgive me if I am angry about my laptop, all my coursework and a lot of things I love being in the hands of a company who have not only sent it back broken once! But lost it twice since then and put it back on low priority!

I'll be surprised if I get it back at all!

*sobs*
