Well that was interesting. Unfortunalty i'm not a big enough person to not blog about this.

Firstly, Katie, I've researched your 'small claims court' THREAT and come to some interesting conclusions, the main one being that you don't have a leg to stand on. You can only claim fees is the amount in question is over 5000 grand so the most i'll end up paying is the money i owe you, which you'll get when i have, so going to court is going to drag it out and cause more hastle for you.

Secondly, Blackmail, tut tut katie is that really a road you want to be taking? Even on the blue moon chance a court would ever take this seriously, i think they'd be interested to know that.

Thirdly, don't you dare consider sitting there saying all your friend have deserted you, no one's there for you etc etc like you usually do when you have problems with people, because i was there for you when you had all those problems at uni, all the problems with people i won't name, because that's your place not mine. You pushed claire away, you're pushing me away and you've only got yourself to blame. I know that's harsh, but it's true.

Fourthly, I'd like like to see you try any of the things you've claimed you can do in that email.

You will get your money back when i have it, You knew that in the first place. You're behaving like a child, falling out with me because i had an opinion, and then trying to scare me with stupidly far fetched legal mumbo jumbo. Just rest asured it will take more than that to scare me.
