Kick Ass Weekend Part 2: Meeting the boyfriend's family

Well, i got to Nick's last night, which was great because he's home and i love him and i missed him and i got hugs so yay! :D

Well anyway, I slept at Nick's and we got up and went to his grandparents. It is a fairly safe assumption to say that i was terrified. Ok, it was fairly obvious i was terrified. But Nick and Nick's mum kept reassuring me i was fine and lovely and they'd love me, but i wasn't convinced.

Moving on, We got there and his Nonna was the sweetest nicest lady ever. She kissed me and hugged me and said 'lovely girl Nicky' (to Nick, not me) It was cute :D I felt all at ease. I said Hello to his Nonno who also seemed really nice.

Then, on to the feast! I had been warned to pace myself, i don't think i completely understood when i was told to pace myself because i was going to get the 'biggest and best meal of my life'. They brought out the best lasagne i have ever eaten, it was so nice. And then turkey and chips and beans and yummy gravy, all with some lovely white wine and some really nice conversation with Nick's Nonna (grandma) and his Mum. We were there for about 5 hours. They are really lovely people to suit and equally lovely grandson.

Then i went back to Nick's house, we hung out for a while and dossed like we usualy do and then i came home. And i am now 'ass tired' and feel a bit blergh, silly headache.

I hope they liked me :s

Hey, I'm still reeling from the fact that my family like my girlfriend. It hasn't happened before.

Of course, you're damn near perfect, so why wouldn't they?
