Have you seen the Frank Miller original comics of Sin City? Rodriguez basically replicated the comics into the film...that picture you have, the original looks like...well, you'll see. Theres an entire page full of comparisons between the film and the comic here...

good sweet lord yes! It's just absolutly spot on with it's style. okies. Enough of all that. Just know that I rule, and that I know art when I see it...and Rodriguez is a God.
